Created by Darya Bronston ( licensed massage therapist, Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer ) the MOTR is a versatile, portable exercise system combining the balance, stability and release work of a foam roller with the multi planar resistance exercises of a independent pulley system.
Using the Balanced Body Movement Principles as a foundation, the MOTR system can be used by group exercise instructors, personal trainers, Pilates instructors or rehabilitation professionals to create balance, strength and power in clients of all kinds.
